A healthcare executive with nearly 30+ years of experience overseeing the operations of nursing homes and assisted living programs in New York, New Jersey and Vermont, Dana brings a rare blend of clinical insight and operational expertise. As a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she helps families understand options, navigate discharge, planning, coordinating next steps, and move forward with a clear, grounded plan.
